Share. Work transparently. Schedule time to just hang out with people. Spend time on what matters: people matter. Every person you know matters, what they think matter, what they want matter, and what they think you want matters. Spend more time with them. Stop talking and do. Work together. Nobody knows how much time they have left, spread your insight and love while you can, and keep improving by learning how to listen, and listen. Stop running around, and doing things on your own, sit still, look twice and listen 3 times.
