Hi, recently I have been researching on network performance report provided by my country’s regulatory body and I found out that they do not include upload speed parameter in their statistics when reporting on the throughput of the wireless (mobile) broadband. Just wondering if other countries are also not reporting upload speed parameter for wireless broadband in their network performance report? And if so, is there anyone who can explain on the reason behind not reporting the parameter?
